Why is our store rating so low?
Because we haven't sold much on eCrater, all it took was ONE negative review from a person who didn't bother to contact us when we accidentally sent them the wrong item. If they had, we would have happily fixed the problem by letting them keep the item and quickly sending out the correct item free of charge. Always contact a seller if there is a problem. Most will be happy to fix the problem. Nobody deserves a negative review unless they deliberately ripped you off.
Why are our items ON HOLD?
We have not had the time to devote to our store, so we thought it best to put it on hold and allow customers to contact us if they are interested in one of our items. You can do that by clicking on ASK SELLER A QUESTION in any of our listings.
Will You Ship To My Country?
YES! Just ask for a shipping quote. Only Priority Mail offers order tracking and insurance. If you choose First Class mail your order will not be refundable due to customs handling. You will need to "sign" an agreement before we will complete the transaction.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Stuff?
Well, that depends on the postal service. We ship your items as soon as we get paid (within 1 or 2 business days). What the post office does after that is a mystery to us. Generally you can expect your item in 2 to 10 business days depending on how far away you live from California. Overseas orders can sometimes take up to 8 weeks due to customs handling (though it usually takes 2 - 3 weeks).
