ALL OUR ITEMS are sold "as is". They are not refundable. We try to describe item condition in each listing. But mistakes can happen, so please contact us with any concerns and we'll see what we can do.

WE SHIP ITEMS within 1 or 2 business days. We will let you know of any delays. Once your stuff leaves our hands we are not responsible for transit time. Please keep that in mind if you get impatient. If you want item tracking or insurance please let us know before you pay. We will send you an adjusted invoice.
SHIPPING CHARGES MIGHT BE WRONG. If you feel the shipping charge listed is too high, please contact us so we can double check. You might be right! But if you pay and we find that you were charged too much, we will refund you the difference via Paypal. We do include a handling fee in our shipping charge, so please keep that in mind.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS must contact us for the correct shipping charge. If you want order tracking and insurance you will need to pay for Priority Mail. If you choose the cheaper First Class Mail option you will need to agree to our terms before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to customs handling. Therefore we cannot refund international orders. You, the buyer, are responsible for any additional customs fees on your end.
